Osteopathy for adults

See the Big Picture in every human

In my work, I combine osteopathic treatment with other holistic approaches that consider the individual as a whole. Many ailments don't originate solely on a physical level.

They are often related to the nervous system, emotional processes, nutrition, and the environment. The goal is to alleviate symptoms, but especially to identify the underlying causes, address them sustainably at their root, guide the body back to its natural balance, and strengthen its self-healing abilities.

Osteopathy and other holistic methods

Osteopathy

Holistic support

Osteopathy forms the basis of my work.

It views the body as a whole and seeks the root causes of discomfort – not just the symptoms.

I support you through different phases of life:

  • Osteopathy for Adults 👉 for acute or chronic conditions, stress, or holistic support

  • Osteopathy for Babies & Children 👉 e.g., for restlessness, digestive problems, developmental issues, or after birth

  • Osteopathy During Pregnancy 👉 to support the body during this special time of change

👉 You can find more information on the respective pages.

In addition to osteopathy, my work incorporates other holistic methods, depending on the client's needs and individual situation.

These methods are particularly helpful for addressing deeper issues, stress management, and emotional processes.

Naturopathic treatments

My treatment approach

  • Herbal remedies

  • Nutritional counseling

I don't choose these methods according to a set formula, but rather tailor them individually to you and your specific needs.

Every person is different – and my treatment is just as individual.

It's important to me to understand where you need support: physically, in your nervous system, or on a deeper level.

If necessary, I involve my network of therapists and doctors or recommend further diagnostic tests and assessments.

This creates a supportive approach that truly provides you with comprehensive care.

TREATMENT PROCESS

1. Anamnesis

Discussion about current complaints, previous treatments, existing operations and accidents of the patient.

3. Treatment + Diagnosis

The osteopathic techniques range from manual mobilization to pressure and pushing techniques to very subtle treatment techniques. The aim is to find the cause of the symptoms, to restore the mobility of the structures, to stimulate the body's self-healing and regulatory powers and to restore harmony for everyone functions.

2. Investigation

Examination while standing, sitting, lying down. Active, passive movement tests. Patient perception.

4. Prognosis + Recommendations

Sometimes one treatment is enough. A treatment usually consists of 3 to 5 sessions. This is followed by advice on possible nutritional recommendations, exercises or other therapeutic, supportive measures.
